The best way to get a quote for your event and to check our availability is to head over to our booking page and fill out our brief questionnaire. Once we have a few more details regarding what kind of event or professional use you would like to inquire about, we will send you an email with our booking guide that will walk you through all of our packages and pricing.

Our max capacity is 40 people.

Downtown DuBois has on street metered parking as well as the public lots located at the DuBois Public Library (metered) and the lot across from Aegis Coffee Roasters (ticketed).

While we love our fur babes just as much as you do, we ask that you please leave them at home for your event. Pets are not permitted.

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date with us here at The Brady Street Collective.

Absolutely! Head over to our Vendor page to see our list of our favorite local vendors. Be sure to include all vendors that you will be bringing into the collective during while filling out your booking experience prep guide or when you inquire.

100% yes we do! One of the main reasons we wanted to open up The Brady Street Collective was to have the chance to collaborate with and allow our fellow creatives in the area to use the space to create their own magic. If you are interested in booking the space for professional or creative use, head over to our booking page and send us some detail. Be sure to click on the Professional and Creative Use Package.

Disposables are included in our Tiny or Adult Social as a table top add on only. They are not included in our base packages.

Yes! Included in all of our socials here at The Brady Street Collective is 1 standard 6foot balloon garland customized in the colors of your choice. We offer balloon upgrades as well. Please head over to our packages and scroll through our add-on options to see what we offer.

We want our clients to focus on making memories during their time with us here at The Collective. That is why we handle all of the cleaning and sanitation after your event. We do ask that the client agrees that anything brought into the collective, be removed after your social is complete. We ask for all trash, food, beverages and any additional decorations brought in by the client to be removed when your rental is complete. There is a dumpster on location for your convenience that the client is welcome to use. All items provided by The Brady Street Collective, the client may leave in place and the venue will take care of those items. The Brady Street Collective will take care of all cleaning and sanitation of floors, tables, chairs, bathroom, etc. There is a clean up sanitation fee that will be added on all final invoices of $50.00
